Coming soon....

I have an endless "to do" list of projects. I am constantly coming across new things that I want to try my hand at but can't seem to find the time. Well a few of those items I have been requested to do, and other I am just making a priority to do. Here is the list of items that I will be trying over the next few weeks!

1. Ruffle pants! I will also offer ruffle capris.

2. Flannel pajama/lounge pants! I have been wanting to do these forever for my little girl and will be trying them out this next week! I will also make sets with matching applique/embroidered tops! Will be great since fall/winter is quickly approaching!

3. A new type of A-line dress that will offer the ability to use multiple fabrics as well as embroider without being reversible. I no longer do reversible dresses because something about making the bottoms of the dresses line up perfectly was stressing me out so I won't do them anymore. lol. Strange I know, but hey..that's me!

4. A-line tops to go with the ruffle pants/capris, or just by themselves with jeans/shorts/skirts!

That's all I can think of at the moment!

  1. The ruffle pants and lounge pants are so easy and fun to make. Claire has several pj sets that I've made for her and she loves them. Plus if I keep making them I'll eventually put a dent in my flannel stash!

  2. I just made my first pair and I am up in the air about them! I am sure it's just like everything else where the more I make the easier it will be so I'll keep going! =)

  3. You're absolutely right: the more you make the easier it will get! I think they turned out cute. :)

  4. Hi! You leave a comment on my blog, I follow your profile to find your blog, then facebook page, then read you are also a Lynnie Pinnie tester! What a round about way to find you when I already have emails from you in my LPtest folder. :)
Anyway, before you give up on reversible A-lines, have you tried Martha Pullen's pattern? It's a cool technique that doesn't require you to hem each side separately. It's in her applique book.
